The Paxton Function Centre is a beautiful space for events including; exhibitions and performances, weddings, conferences or retreats.

The Paxton Function Centre is a unique heritage building with contemporary and modern furnishings. The centre is perfect for all types of events from weddings to corporate conferences.

With outdoor and indoor spaces available, it’s the perfect venue for your next event.

The function space can comfortably seat up to 60 people inside and up to 100 people outside on the lawn area. Stand up room for 80 people inside and up to 150 outside.

There are two break-out rooms which can seat up to 6 guests in each space and includes:

Hire Fees:

Hire includes exclusive use of the function room, lawn area, kitchen and break out rooms. We can help with recommendations of local hire companies, caterers and other services.

Wedding full day hire includes full access pre and post event for set up, pack up and ceremony if required.

Discounts apply for groups when the cottages and function centre is booked as a package.

Conditions of Hire:

A non refundable $100 deposit is required on confirmation of booking.

Full payment is required at least 7 days prior to the event.

A $500 refundable bond is required at least 7 days prior to the event.

All caterers and suppliers must have their own Public Liability Insurance.

As part of the conditions of hire, a liquor licence must be obtained if alcohol is to be present.

All breakages, damage or missing items will be reimbursed from the bond. 

Any excess cleaning charges will be deducted from the bond.

Functions to finish no later than midnight.
